Go2BDC Opt-Out Policy

Effective Date: March 12, 2026

Last Updated: June 9, 2026

This Opt-Out Policy explains how individuals may stop receiving certain communications from Go2BDC (“Go2BDC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including text messages, email communications, and certain other outreach tied to website inquiries, appointment coordination, support activity, service follow-up, onboarding, operational communications, and related business communications.

This page is intended to provide clear notice regarding your communication choices, the methods available to manage communication preferences, and the ways consent may be withdrawn where applicable.

Communications Covered by This Policy

Go2BDC may communicate with website visitors, prospective clients, business contacts, dealership representatives, company representatives, vendor representatives, and other authorized contacts by text message, email, phone, or related communication channels in connection with inquiries, requested information, appointments, onboarding, support, operations, campaign coordination, service communications, and, where permitted and where appropriate consent has been obtained, marketing or promotional communications.

Communication practices may vary depending on the nature of your request, your relationship with Go2BDC, the communication channel used, applicable law, carrier requirements, platform requirements, and the specific business workflow involved.

Text Message Opt-Out

If you no longer wish to receive text messages from Go2BDC, you may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us.

Once your opt-out request is submitted, you may receive a final confirmation message confirming that your request has been processed. After that confirmation, you should no longer receive additional text messages from that messaging program unless you later provide a new opt-in, reinitiate communication, submit a new request, or otherwise authorize additional messaging in a manner permitted by applicable law.

If you need help with text messaging preferences or believe you continue to receive text messages after opting out, you may reply HELP to a Go2BDC text message or contact us through the Contact page on our website.

Other Revocation or Do-Not-Contact Requests

Go2BDC may also honor opt-out, revocation, or do-not-contact requests submitted through other reasonable communication methods where applicable and where such requests can be matched to the relevant contact record, communication channel, phone number, email address, message program, or business workflow.

Because Go2BDC may use multiple communication channels, numbers, systems, vendors, forms, or workflows, a request may need sufficient information to identify the relevant contact record and communication channel.

Email Opt-Out

If you no longer wish to receive marketing or promotional emails from Go2BDC, you may opt out by clicking the unsubscribe link included in the email, where available, or by contacting us through our website and requesting to be removed from future promotional email communications.

Go2BDC intends to process promotional email opt-out requests in a commercially reasonable manner and in accordance with applicable law. Where required by law, commercial email opt-out requests will be honored within the required time period.

Please note that even if you opt out of promotional emails, we may still send you non-promotional or operational communications where permitted, including responses to direct inquiries, appointment-related communications, service-related notices, account-related communications, legal notices, billing-related communications, security-related communications, or other business communications necessary to respond to your request or manage an existing relationship.

Direct Inquiries and Operational Communications

If you submit a contact form, request pricing, request a deck, request service information, schedule a consultation, request private access, or otherwise initiate direct communication with Go2BDC, we may respond to that request using the contact information you provided.

Opting out of marketing communications does not necessarily prevent Go2BDC from sending communications that are directly related to a transaction, support request, appointment, inquiry, onboarding matter, legal notice, security matter, or other operational or service-related matter.

Processing Time

Go2BDC processes opt-out requests in a commercially reasonable manner and in accordance with applicable law, carrier requirements, platform requirements, and vendor capabilities.

In some cases, processing an opt-out may take a short amount of time across systems, carriers, vendors, platforms, or service providers. During that time, limited follow-up messages that were already in process, queued, or committed for delivery may still be delivered.

If you believe your opt-out request has not been honored, please contact us through the Contact page on our website so that we can review the issue.

Channel-Specific Opt-Outs

You understand that opting out of one communication channel does not automatically apply to all communication channels unless required by law or unless clearly requested and processed by Go2BDC.

For example, opting out of promotional text messages may not automatically opt you out of promotional emails, and opting out of promotional emails may not automatically opt you out of operational text messages or direct responses to a request you initiated.

If you want broader communication restrictions applied, you should clearly state that request when contacting Go2BDC.

Suppression and Preference Records

Go2BDC may maintain records of opt-in activity, opt-out activity, revocation requests, suppression requests, communication preferences, source context, timestamps, message history, consent records, and related logs for compliance, documentation, dispute resolution, operational, legal, security, and quality control purposes.

Maintaining these records helps support proper communication controls and helps prevent unwanted future outreach where an opt-out, revocation, suppression, or do-not-contact request has been made.

Opting Back In

If you later choose to receive communications from Go2BDC again after opting out, you may opt back in by submitting a new form, responding affirmatively to a communication prompt, contacting Go2BDC directly, reinitiating communication, or otherwise providing valid consent in a manner consistent with applicable law and our communication practices.

Carrier and Delivery Limitations

Carrier message and data rates may apply to text messaging, depending on your wireless plan, carrier terms, and device settings.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Go2BDC is not responsible for carrier-specific delivery failures, filtering, outages, device incompatibility, routing errors, blocked messages, unsupported devices, network conditions, or other technical issues outside of our reasonable control.

No Obligation to Send Communications

Nothing in this Opt-Out Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law, nor does it create any obligation for Go2BDC to send or continue sending any communication.

Go2BDC reserves the right to modify its communication practices, messaging programs, numbers, vendors, platforms, and related policies at any time, subject to applicable law.

This Opt-Out Policy should be read together with the Go2BDC Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, A2P 10DLC Messaging page, Cookie Policy, and other applicable legal or compliance pages that may appear on our website. These pages provide additional information regarding how communications are used, how information is handled, and how messaging-related consent and disclosures operate.

Updates to This Opt-Out Policy

Go2BDC may update this Opt-Out Policy from time to time in its discretion. Any updates will be reflected by the Last Updated date at the top of this page. Changes become effective when posted unless otherwise stated.
